AI WORKFLOW STUDIO · NICE & REMOTE

Less repetitive work.
More time for what you do best.

I build workflows that connect your tools and take care of repetitive tasks. With AI in the cloud or on your own hardware, depending on what you need.

I’m Maxime Tolos. My background connects hospitality operations with implementing business software. Through Tolos AI, I bring that practical approach to workflows and local AI.

We work together on a concrete problem, with clear steps and a solution your team can use.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we get started.

I don’t know what to automate yet.

That’s a useful starting point. Tell me about a recurring task, a manual transfer between tools or information that takes too long to find. We’ll first work out whether it is worth automating.

Do I have to replace my software?

Not necessarily. We start with the tools you use and the connections they support. Some integrations require an API, subscription or export. We check those requirements before quoting.

How much does a project cost?

The quote depends on the tools involved, data, controls and hosting. We agree the pilot’s scope and cost before development. Subscriptions, hardware and maintenance are itemised separately.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. Conversations, workshops and deployments can be arranged remotely. I’m based in Nice and can also discuss on-site work depending on your location and project.

Is local AI always the best choice?

No. Hardware, output quality, volume and maintenance all matter. Local AI gives you more control over hosting, but it does not automatically guarantee privacy or compliance. We also consider cloud and hybrid setups.

Can the AI make mistakes?

Yes. We plan tests using realistic cases, flag exceptions and keep human approval for sensitive actions. A pilot also helps identify tasks where AI is not reliable enough.

LET’S MAKE IT USEFUL

What if we started with just one task?

Tell me what takes up your time. We’ll work out what is actually worth automating.
