My background combines hospitality operations and business-system implementation. Both require an understanding of practical constraints, clear explanations and a way of working that teams can take ownership of.
That is the approach I bring to Tolos AI: observe a task, clarify the rules, build a bounded first version and check it with the person who will use it.
I am starting this practice around business workflows, local AI and practical guidance. The examples on this site illustrate the kinds of work we can explore together.
