Sovereign AI Platform runs on customer-controlled infrastructure, including air-gapped environments, for teams that cannot send sensitive data to cloud AI APIs. It starts from an Ollama + OpenWebUI baseline and adds the product layer needed for adoption.

Problem

Cloud AI is not acceptable for the target segment.

AI demand is high, but data exposure and compliance risk block many organizations from using cloud AI APIs. The workaround is often brittle shadow AI. The better path is local, measurable, and supportable.

Alpha 1 demo

What the demo must prove in 1-2 months

  • Single-node Docker Compose install that runs locally.
  • Local AI workspace for document summarization/extraction, internal support, and poster-style text-to-image output.
  • Operator view for active model status, basic health, rollback path, and diagnostic export.
  • Benchmark harness using non-sensitive inputs; OpenAI gpt-4o-mini is only a text/domain baseline.

Current state

Proof today is intentionally narrow.

  • Running lab prototype baseline: Ollama + OpenWebUI.
  • Single-node Docker Compose deployment documented.
  • Next product-layer proof: private knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, model/runtime controls, and operator diagnostics.
  • Investor-safe public demo media is not published yet; capture must use a sanitized Alpha 1 flow.
